Charisse strives to bring what is most important to people which shapes her determination and commitment to client relations. She is currently most passionate about helping small business owners and startup companies grow. She finds joy in how companies and their offerings, both simple and complex, can shape a community’s development. As the mother to a curious and expressive 5-year-old boy, she takes a special interest in making sure he is exposed to all the world has to offer. This starts with a community offering a variety of food, retail options, and specialty shops to cultivating these experiences. When she isn’t working to help small business owners and start-up companies grow their businesses, she is active on the South Florida performing arts scene where she supports small acting and dance studios. Charisse also enjoys public speaking and networking with organizations whose focus is aligning personal growth with professional achievement.

After a great experience in her undergraduate studies, Charisse decided to further her education and was accepted to multiple law schools on the east coast. She ultimately returned to South Florida to continue her studies at the Shepard Broad Law Center. Never one to discount “purpose” or “passion” from her endeavors, after her 1st year of law school, Charisse had to reason with herself that both were missing. Without the “WHY” of pursuing a legal career, she decided it was necessary to take a step back and think about what was most important to her. Ultimately, she found that her true interest remained where her education started – public speaking, connecting with others, and relationship building. A career in business development allowed her to bridge these natural instincts together.
